The previous home owner installed our floors and proved it was no easy job as they separated, looked horrible, and frequently cut our feet. After having metro flooring put in new floors, we couldn't be happier. We had the pleasure of having Josue and Manuel complete our floors; they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely professional, courteous, and hardworking. There was a hiccup in the expectations that I had for 1 part of the project, and once myself and management came to a compromise, Josue was able to get creative and make that compromise a reality since the people at the office who came up with the solution couldn't actually see exactly what he was working with in my home. Our one issue was that we initially met with Trae, who was kind, professional, and transparent; unfortunately, he was off on the day we officially signed our contract, and apparently the second sales rep did not have all the information that was discussed despite giving me the impression that he did. This lead to a major issue between my needs for my stairs and the materials provided; however, after working with manager Dante we were able to come up with a solution that my husband and I are happy with. One of the things Trae really stressed to us when we originally met is that if anything goes wrong, their company works really hard to make it right for the customer. I can confirm he was right about that. If possible, my advice is to stick to one sales rep just to ensure their aren't any miscommunications, but if you can't, our experience is that they will find a way to make any issues right.
