My experience with Metro Flooring has only been 100% positive right from the start. From the sales rep, Carissa Parr, to the three installers that came today, from start to finish the whole process was seamless. The floors are gorgeous! They finished the entire job in one day, including removing the old carpet, moving and replacing my furniture and installing the flooring expertly.
