Metro Brookline Timber Hollow is waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring. Color and appearance: Rich dark-brown rustic wood look with mixed chocolate and tan planks. Each plank is 7.2 x 48 in., 5 mm thick overall, with a 20 mil wear layer, a 4 mm rigid core, and a 1 mm attached pad for comfort and sound control. The planks click together, have a micro-beveled edge, and carry a UV-cured finish. Colors can look different in your space as lighting, screens, and nearby finishes change the way they appear.
The 20 mil wear layer helps the surface hold up to everyday foot traffic, pets, and furniture. Because the planks are waterproof, Metro Brookline Timber Hollow works in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements as well as living areas and bedrooms. The attached pad means no separate underlayment is needed for most installations. A sweep, vacuum, or damp mop is all it takes to keep it clean.
The material is listed by the carton, each covering 16.82 square feet. A full carton is $51.97. Measure each room, closet, and connected area you want to cover. Allow for layout and cuts before rounding your total up to whole cartons, since the final number of cartons depends on the installation plan.
