From the first visit by Monica to get the measurements, to the installation date, Metro Flooring was in contact every step of the way. Friendly customer service was available at all times and follow up call was a great final touch. Love our new carpets and when times comes to replace them, we know where to look first. Thank you for your professionalism!!!
