I needed new floors and new carpet. I needed it fast and I needed this done on what was to me, a low budget. Their sales rep, Mona, shows up and unbeknownst to me, she was listening very carefully to what I wanted and making notes. We sat down, she shared samples and after a very short back and forth, I signed the agreement. A couple of days later, two separate crews arrived. One for the floor installation and one for the carpet install. Stuff was everywhere. I don’t understand how things didn’t get messed up. In the end…. Boom. Both crews had done a fantastic job. I will add this as I think it is really important, I changed the color of the carpet after I signed the agreement. Mona (I guess she was busy), didn’t seem to be as responsive as I would have liked but let me tell you…. she did respond and I did receive the right color and I am happy! Thank you!
